The British billionaire's innocent bride - why is nationality so important?

Oh honey, it's a total cache to be married to a British billionaire, as opposed to say, an American one. After all, chances are it's old money (and a possible knighthood! ooh! ;)), which is far preferable to new, gauche, Yank money. :P

Can't think of ANY British billionaires. Especially not after the recent financial hiccups :-). And given the recent wobble to financial security, having a billion or so in the bank =/= it's going to be there next year.

Now onto Sheikhs. They are going to be Muslim or Sufi. Wildly different culture to the West. Marrying one is going to take patient negotiation. And if you hope into bed with them easily, you'll likely remain just a mistress. Plus, remember that four wife allowance. [SIGH]
