As for the 'paranormal romance' - my best friend is really into that stuff right now. Did you read Twilight? My god, it was awful. 300 pages of 17-year-old-teenage-girl-angst, lame vampires, and 1 chapter of interesting action at the end. Just crappy all around, but she devoured the whole series. And now there's a movie! *rolls eyes*
