Weeks ago now cheshire_monkey made a post with some old photos of herself friends and family and I got all inspired to do the same. I got all caught up in my project and have been diligently copying all the old images onto disc and organising them into themes etc. Once a librarian, always a librarian...

Yes that's really him. He's always been big for his age...I just had to be him size 7 mens soccer shoes - the child is only 9! He's going to be a giant

My mother hated that uniform! Ironing the pleats was her least favourite occupation. The child is a cutie - not sure about me though *grins*.

Awwh, nostalgic photos are fun. I can't believe that's the same kid only seven years ago. It makes one feel old to see how quickly kids change. I think I like the one of your first day of school best. You look so blissed out... haha...

Hasn't he grown? It's amazing and certainly does make me feel old.

My first day at school! I was so excited!! You know we still have my port (suitcase) somewhere? The things folks keep :)
