How hard is it to capitalise the title of your own work? The first letter is all that's needed, surely it's not that hard. And for god's sake - your pairing; shouldn't their names have capitals? At least?

I can't really say much about the disclaimer I guess, because when I first started to write fic I used to forget to write one all the time. But 'not mine' does not constitute a disclaimer! Why bother to write one at all? Hmmmmmm?

I have written stories that have titles that are all lowercase, it was a style choice. (just to jump in there and defend for a moment) but not proper nouns? That's beyond lazy.
