bookaddict43The date has again passed for me to enter the latest short story competition. I have three stories, edited to death and ready to go. But do I send them?
No *grrrrrr*.
I got home last night and found my gas bottles leaking. I got blisters turning the taps off, which didn't work, and finally had to ring the plumber. He turned up and disconnected the bottles, so we have had no hot water and I couldn't cook any dinner on the stove and of course will have to pay to get the problem fixed...During all this, the power went off for over an hour too...
