Guess who washed their trousers with the USB still in the pocket?

Guess who can't find the little guy's passport AGAIN?

That'd be me :( *head desk*

Let the USB dry out and it should be fine. My friend did that before with all her school work on it, but it was okay.

Agreed on the USB drive. It should be fine once it dries out.

If it still doesn't work, the contacts might have become corroded or dirty. Take something abrasive (like an emery board) and gently clean the pins inside the USB connector. 9 times out of 10 that will get it working again. Praise the gods of solid state electronics. ;-)

As for the passport... When was the last time you used it? Did you use anything else for the same trip? Where is that currently located?

Don't worry, you will find it.

Can't help you with the passport. Maybe it's with all your b3 stuff?

But, I've washed my USB several times with no ill effects. They're very resilient little things. :)
