I wanted to write to a table for something different, but 100? I'm not that disciplined! So I picked this one. Jayne/Kaylee pairing of course! Any bunnies gratefully appreciated :)

i agree with squish that 18 is a Jayne fic... 17 is def Book or Inara(with a whoring-issue)... 13 could be Inara too. 19 is def River so is 9, 10, 14 12, 20... hmmm some sort of trend happening here.... *wiggles eyebrows* - will this be Jaylee epic or will you divert into a River epic perhaps???

I thought that too! I've got a half-formed idea in my head....

but I'm trying to write several ways to break a promise right now, then your prompt and the Jayne/Inara end one we were talking about. So next week sometime hmmmm?

MMMmmmm! Jaylee plot bunnies.....
1 Birth - obvious - Jayne and Kaylee's first child OR the beginning of their relationship
7 Both Sides - a story told from Kaylee's POV then Jayne's (or vice versa!)
2 Loss - *sob* Jayne or Kaylee dying, or their reactions to the loss of another character
8 Faith - Kaylee's faith in other people teaching Jayne to trust others again/trust Kaylee
13 Love Beyond Desire - Jayne learning to love and care for Kaylee
13 Inertia - Kaylee working her magic on Serenity's engine with Jayne's help OR Kaylee and Jayne working through a problem and getting their relationship back on track

So, are you going to follow the prompts in order or are you going to mix them up? I've seen people do it both ways.

I have a prompt table I really want to start on (because the first prompt was SO perfect for an idea I have), but I also have to get back to my Jaylee series, a lengthy one-shot idea that I really want to try, and of course I'll supplement that with my addictions to the roundrobin, fridays challenges, etc. I've joined the several_ways comm, but haven't had any plot bunnies for the promise challenge yet. Did you also see there is a 7 deadly sins comm? I thought that fit Jayne perfectly, but I'm going to pass because I've got too much right now!

I think maybe mix them up...it could lend itself to a interesting place. But I haven't thought that far ahead yet.
