ficlets100sequel to the drabble series Resistance. It's so long since I've written for this table and I'm not sure about this one. Tell me what you think???
Kaylee hated it. She hated that Jayne never talked to her no more. That he never came dump divin’, or drinkin’, didn’t play hoopball on her team and wouldn’t even sit near her.
He wouldn’t come to the engine room unless the Captain ordered him, and then he was grumpy and kept their conversation on work only. He’d stopped arguin’ with her and didn’t even get angry no matter how much she prodded.
He talked and laughed with River, teased Zoë and joked with Inara. He’d chat with Book, the Captain and even Simon.
Her he ignored. Kaylee hated it.
