strangevisitor7 gave me Doctor Who, Firefly and Magnificent Seven.

Dr Who
1. I literally don't remember a time where I didn't watch Dr Who. This year marks at least
40 years of Dr Who for me! I think it was originally because the show was on at during
the time period my father classed as 'children's television'...
2. I can't see me ever leaving, it's part of my life.
3. There's so many favourite episodes! But up there among the top are:- The horror of Fang
Rock, The hand of fear and Blink.
4. The very first fanfiction I ever read was in the Dr Who fandom, but aside from a couple of
crossovers; I haven't read any fanfiction since the original Tom Baker days. I still read
all the tie-ins, any non-fiction books relating to the show and of course all my flister's
comments.
5. I don't know enough about the online fandom these days, but the more people who like Dr Who
the better! I have already thoroughly indoctrinated the little guy :)

Firefly
1. A long time Buffy and Angel fan, and knowing Adam Baldwin was acting on it,I naturally
couldn't wait to see Firefly. If it showed on TV here in Australia, I missed it. So the
moment the series was available on DVD I bought it for work, took it home to watch...and
the rest is history.
2. Firefly will always be my number 1 love. I've participated in it more than any other
fandom and though most of fans are progressing onto other things, I still look for any
Firefly related stuff first. I've made some wonderful friends through my love of Firefly
and that adds another level to the fandom love.
3. Can I just say the whole show?
4. Like I said in #2, I participate in this fandom more than I ever have in anything. I read
and wrote/hopefully write fanfiction, make icons, discuss episodes and even made a vid!
I've even attended conventions, something I thought I'd never do.
5. I hope the Firefly love never dies and I never miss an opportunity to show the episodes
to everyone I can.

Magnificent 7
1. I love westerns! Books, movies, tv shows; if there's a western aspect I'll be there. I'm
also a Michael Biehn fan from way back. When the show was advertised on TV I had to watch!
I taped all the episodes the station showed (they missed a few) and watched them over and
over. Gradually my tapes died though and it wasn't until I bought Season 1 on DVD and
searched for fanfic, that I got involved with the fandom.
2. I find it interesting that the fandom is still so active long since the series finished
and how welcoming the long-term fans are. I think I'll be hanging around.
3. It's hard to pick my favourite episode, they change with my moods. But Vendetta, The Trail
and Chinatown are always at the top of my list.
4. Reading the fanfiction was my entrance to the fandom and my addiction to Ezra has lead to
copious icon making. I have some fic ideas, but don't know if they'll ever get posted.
5. I've been lending my DVDs everywhere and am contemplating uploading them for some of my
non-Mag7 flisters. Who could resist all those hot guys?
