I find it strange...

That kids who are wagging and/or suspended from school hang-out here at the library.

Is it because I really don't care what they do as long as they behave like reasonable facsimiles of human beings?

Is it the internet?

Or the fact that we have rules about which movies they watch?

But at least they're not out wandering the streets - so it's all good.
